RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, if you do not contact us within this time period, we will not be able to cancel your order and it will be shipped out to you.
Returns must be sent back to us within 7-days from your parcel's delivery date. We will not accept any returns or process a refund for your order if it is sent back to us after our 7-day returns policy.
Due to health and hygiene laws, items MUST be returned to us in an unopened and unused condition. If your return does not meet this criteria, we reserve the right to refuse your return and you will not be refunded for your returned items.
At this time, we can not provide exchanges on any online orders including digital products.
We can not under any circumstances provide refunds or returns for digital products purchased from our website. We also can not provide refunds for gift cards.
You must also provide your receipt in your return provided in your original parcel in order for us to provide a refund. Failing to provide this may result in delays with your refund.
Afterglow Skin Clinic are not responsible for any shipping costs that will incur if you choose to return your order to us. It is your responsibility to ensure your return is payed for and is delivered safely back to us. We can not look into information regarding your return and you must contact the courier you've used if there is a problem. We recommend you use a tracked service when returning your order to us to ensure extra safety. If your parcel is lost by a courier when being returned to us, it is your responsibility to follow this up with the courier and make a claim if possible. We will not refund any lost returns that do not arrive back to us.
